Big Night Out has been established as a sole-trading professional mobile disco and DJ company since March 2002. Based in Bournemouth, Dorset and also Salisbury, Wiltshire, Nick de Souza is the company owner and main DJ / MC.

- We have been successfully trading for 10 continuous years.
- On average, we hold around 50 private weddings a year.
- No MP3 files are played EVER. We use a sound format called FLAC, which is basically full CD quality. Our music library is vast, covering all music genres and now approaching 24,000 tracks, all fully legal and original.
- We offer a unique looking, fresh approach to discos and offer very different packages with additional options to enhance your night.
- Every booking comes with a legal contract, letter of full details and full VAT invoicing if required.
- We do not double book any private event and we are not an agency that will simply allow an unprofessional DJ to play at your function, nor do we pass on bookings to a 3rd party.
- All of our equipment and vehicles are owned outright and are constantly maintained for the best service & quality we can offer
- We will never cancel your booking or forget an event, this has never happened and never will. We won't make excuses because another customer has offered us £50 more.
- Chocolate fountains, bouncy castles and other services usually found at events are not something we offer. We only focus on discos, sound, lighting and audio-visual and we do it brilliantly.
- We carry a large range of backup equipment, should the unthinkable ever happen.
- Our knowledge of weddings, venues, health & safety and event management is based on years of experience in the industry.
- We encourage all of our wedding customers to put a small playlist of their favourite music choices together, making your reception really personal and special.
