Here at Big Night Out, we believe in simple and straightforward pricing. We do not hide our prices behind statements such as 'every function is different so please call us for a quote'. Its really quite easy... your wedding reception disco, corporate party or university ball will fall into a certain size of event, those sizes are dependant on the numbers of guests attending and the room or hall dimensions.

Every confirmed disco package that you book with us will include the following important features:

- You will receive a legally binding agreement, letter of your event details and a full invoice for your records.

- All our set up & pack away time is included. (Unless the set up and/or pack away times are not immediately before and/or after the event)

- All health & safety regulations are adhered to and we stay professional throughout your event

- Full Public Liability Insurance (£10 million cover) and safety tested (PAT) equipment

For functions or events in excess of 1000 guests, we can offer sound systems up to 20kw and massive lighting / truss systems. Please contact us with your specific requirements.

We also have special rates for Childrens parties. As a guide, for a two hour party with games, free gifts, bubbles, hats, sweets and so much fun, prices start from £200.


Additional pricing information and charges:

All events are based on a playing time of four hours only, so 8pm till Midnight or 7:30 till 11:30 etc. Further time is charged at a rate of £60 per hour. All rates are based on a total traveling distance of up to 50 miles from our base. For distances that we need to travel in excess of this, we charge an additional 75p per mile. If the setup and / or packdown of your event is not directly before the actual event, we have different charges for this, starting from £75. Locations / venues with accessibility issues (such as flights of stairs, long distances to the setup area etc), this also incurs extra charges.
